We keep any passwords within our control confidential but are not responsible for any misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, personal information where the security of information is not within our control.
We will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify personal information when our legal obligations to retain the information have expired and the information is no longer needed by us.
