This feature is only available for Standard and Enterprise subscriptions.

The Sentiment Analysis option can be used while viewing responses/comments on projects. When Sentiment Analysis is turned ON, using AI, comments will be read and automatically categorized, based on the words and phrases in the response, as:

  • Positive
  • Negative
  • Mixed
  • Neutral

This feature allows you to quickly see the bigger picture of how the community is reacting to the project.

  1. Log in to your Social Pinpoint Admin site
  2. Follow the guide below to configure the various settings and options.

Open your project.

Click on Responses then Columns and check Sentiment.

Now you will be able to see the sentiment category for each comment in this new column. The column can also be searched and filtered. This list of comments (complete or by your chosen filters) with their sentiment rating can also be exported as a CSV/Excel file.
